The People Development & The Model Program is perhaps the most important of all MVI Tough Trainings, because it has such large scale implications.

An organization can be no more or less than the quality of its People Development system.

The CEO must have the clearest vision of all leaders regarding this paradigm shift if a Hospice is to really move to the 90th percentile.  A Hospice can only compete on the basis of quality, and quality only comes from People Development. Is your People Development system what it needs to be?
