The Model Blueprint is a 2-day program that guides an individual hospice through the design of its proprietary Model. The Model is an approach to operating a hospice as an integrated, coherent and coordinated system of care that improves overall quality and financial performance simultaneously. This program is a half-day retreat that addresses current issues, trends, and brings to light the innovations of outlier and leading-edge hospice programs. The goal of this program is to provide a candid, non-nonsense dialogue concerning how a hospice can position itself TODAY for what will be needed in the FUTURE.
