At the April NHPCO 2016 Management and Leadership Conference Andrew will be teaching what he does when charged with turning a Hospice around financially. The 1-hour presentation on Friday April 22 will cover the elements of a turnaround candidly and without reservation. Too many Hospices are not doing as well as they should be given our reimbursement. This comes down to managing well. Bring an open mind and something to write on as this will be one dynamic hour!
