NHPCO’s MLC – MVI Booth #322
The NHPCO Management and Leadership Conference (MLC) is just around the corner. MVI will be in attendance and exhibiting in booth #322.
Andrew will be presenting again this year at the MLC on Friday the 28th from 11:00-12:00 in room Chesapeake 7-9. His presentation is “You Can’t be Extraordinary Without an Extraordinary People Development System!”
This session will focus on creating a world class training system where the paradigm of the hospice changes to that of a “teaching organization” first and foremost. Learning topics include:
- Understand the importance of moving to the paradigm of a teaching organization, first and foremost.
- Explore many of the methods of master-class teachers to create a learning experience.
- Construct an innovative, effective and efficient people development system to create an extraordinary customer experience.
