This 1-day program is designed to bring the latest insights and advancements in the Model to Hospices that have done a Model Workshop and would like to reinvigorate or take it to the next level. We recommend doing this every 2 years. Like all things that are alive, the Model evolves over time and increases in depth and power. Specific things that this workshop focuses on is increasing Accountability, People Development, Compensation and incorporating specific tools based on the realities of human behavior to create the high-quality, predictable experience for every patient, every time that the Model is all about. A Model that is not only financially balanced, but heck…is phenomenally profitable economically!
