Andrew Reed to Present at the NHPCO 30th Management and Leadership Conference

Multi-View Incorporated CEO, Andrew Reed, will present “Accountability Structures: The Difference Between Organizational Accomplishment and Mediocrity” at the NHPCO 30th Management and Leadership Conference.

Accountability, or lack of accountability, determines whether or not initiatives are accomplished and if standards are maintained at an organization. Among the problems with most organizational accountability approaches is that they are typically dependent upon the “personal inspection of work.”

Much of the solution lies in the use of “structures” that are non-dependent upon a manager’s level of energy or physical presence in order to perpetually maintain the established standards of the organization over long periods of time.
