What Happened? – Hurricane Helene
9.27.24 – Thursday night/Friday morning at 4am, disaster hit with some of the strongest winds I’ve witnessed in the mountains…Every 15 minutes it seemed another wave came with the LARGEST trees snapping and falling with smaller ones being spared… Huge Oaks, Pines, Maples and Poplars lay everywhere by the hundreds… Complete houses WASHED AWAY with people asleep in them in seconds as dams broke and roads and bridges were Destroyed Big Hungry Bridge & Dam & Pulley System for getting supplies across the river washed away… All soil and foliage were swept away from all streams, creeks and rivers leaving only clean rocks…or boulders as big as I have ever seen moved by water now in our re-arranged world… Virtually every powerline lay in clutter on the ground and power poles shattered into pieces…guard rails on roads crinkled like aluminum foil… Everything waterlogged…include any of us involved in acts
