Training Introduction: A TOP RUNG CFO is essential to the success of an organization as REALITY has to be quantified and effectively communicated. This program will teach the technical skills and mindset for dramatic IMPACT on operational RESULTS.

Dearest Hospice Empowerment Professionals,

We humbly present the CFO PROgram in the Awakened Forest. Due to the Black Cove/Big Hungry Forest Fires, which destroyed 13 MVI/Andrew buildings including the MVI Conference Center, the GameHaus and Japanese House were spared and will be utilized. The setting for these programs will be “different” – much more aligned with Nature overlooking a beautiful, life-vibrant pond and a natural amphitheater. Space however will be limited and the number of participants we can accommodate will be around 20…maybe a few more if people really feel some divine prompting to attend… So, these events will be more intimate and conversational in Nature… We could have contracted with the college, a church or another organization to use their space… However, this does not feel appropriate, or as enlightened as keeping our Empowerment programs on purified, sacred grounds, surrounded by perhaps the greatest teacher of all…Nature…with all of its dramatic teachings of the recent 6 months.  MVI has always looked at itself as a type of “Ministry” rather than a traditional corporate company, as Hospice is such Profound work and, “of course,” it can only be served by like-hearted entities to be effective… The “setting” of training events always needs to be “special.” And this setting will be unique and inspiring! Perhaps “testing” our flexibility and ability to transcend perceived “setbacks” and circumstances…   We will not be testing in all our normal ways…at least that is the plan for now… But all trainings must have some element of Accountability for learning… Seating will vary, from normal chairs, to Songstage padded tall stools with nice backs, to bean bags, to Japanese style seating… The Japanese House – Built for corporate retreats and to house Japanese J-Pop and other Asian artists recording at our studios via our relationship with Universal/Virgin Music Groups. It has a tremendous view of Nature and is very open… The GameHaus – MVI has hosted tons of events and EPIC parties at this property, ranging from corporate retreats, music executives negotiations and other meetings. The theme of this property and setting emphasizes the “Sides” of Life, and the integration or reconciliation of both… If this is NOT what you want, then know that MVI will be rebuilding a new conference center and recording studio…and NEW programs will be held there when they are completed.  The NEW center will no doubt be better as we have learned more from the former structure, pros and cons… The Nature of the Universe has an overall UPWARD momentum, even if we can’t see it in the ashes at the time! Onward and Upward! And always with Grace, Openness & Humility.

The CFO PROgram has proven to be an EFFECTIVE advancement system for CFOs. The CFO is armed with some of the most persuasive information in the organization, the quantified facts of the business…data! The underlying reality is that the economic model MUST work. To be effective, the CFO must accurately quantify the current state of the organization, interpret the situation with predictive insight, formulate strategies, and influence others to execute positive action. The EVIDENCE of an effective CFO is in the numbers!  An effective CFO can help a Hospice be radically successful.  A poor CFO can help a Hospice out of business. Participants undergo a sequence of testing, training, and retesting until the subject matter is mastered. Participants will have 6 opportunities to score 100% in order to pass the 300 question exam which includes Hospice scenarios, best practices, and measurements.

• Identify key measurements & metrics
• Distinguish between mediocre and world class performance
• Describe key attributes of being a top CFO

The difficulty of the program is relative to the talents, preparation, and skills of the individual. Successful participants should feel EMPOWERED and CONFIDENT in what they KNOW. This is a difficult program and upon completion, participants should have a great sense of achievement. Andrew will conduct the program. The cost of the 2 day program is $1,750 per participant. CEOs are also welcome. Participants will be tested on computer skills on-line before or after the program.
