The Extraordinary Clinical Leader Program is a LIFE-CHANGING and rigorous 2-day program with laser-beam FOCUS on the Leadership and Management skillset needed to be a TRUE Professional Hospice Leader. There is nothing else like it. If a Clinical Leader masters this material, they can literally “Write their own ticket in Hospiceland”

This program is designed to instill the mindset and advanced technical competencies into motivated individuals that want to be TOP Hospice Clinical Leaders. This program is a crash course about the BUSINESS of Hospice.

The program will show how to make work, as well as the job of being a Clinical Leader, much more ELEGANT based on SIMPLIFICATION and using “a system of standardization” based on what the 90^thpercentile Hospices do. This LIBERATES a Clinical Leader to really focus on Teaching! Up to 70% of an employee’s development/morale/retention is based on the immediate supervisor as all front-line clinicians take their behavioral/performance cues from this position! Therefore, a Hospice “Doing the Model” will recognize this fact and build its strength/quality around creating TOP-RUNG Clinical Leaders supported by amazing structures that transform the job of management!

This program is designed to instill the mindset and technical competencies into motivated individuals that want to be Top Hospice Clinical Leaders as well as leaders that support the clinical function. This program is a crash course about the BUSINESS of Hospice.

The Clinical Leader holds the purse strings perhaps more than any other position in a Hospice. As much as 60-70% of a Hospice’s costs are under the direct influence of the Clinical Leader when one considers that this position is in charge of Direct Labor and Patient-Related areas. Yet, often the Clinical Leader receives little training regarding the business of Hospice. Therefore, this program will impart practical knowledge needed to be or understand a Top Hospice Clinical Leader that is able to balance purpose and financial realities. Participants will have 4 opportunities to pass the 200 question exam that includes Hospice scenarios and metrics knowledge.
